As one of the only horse rescue organizations on the Western Slope, we cover a lot of territory. Though we are making a small dent in the need, we make an everlasting difference for those equines we help. And with your support, we know we can save many more. Mountain Valley Horse Rescue operates out of our 114-acre ranch, located between Vail and Steamboat Springs. We are one of the only horse rescues on the Western Slope of Colorado and our services are provided wherever a equine is in need.
